WARRANTY

Thank you for your purchase of Kiano 4. For better understanding of our service, please read this warranty carefully.

The warranty period of our product is 12 months from the date of original purchase. For warranty service, the original warranty card and invoice are necessary to be presented at the same time.

Free of charge replacement is provided for the first 7 days after purchase. If the purchaser is unable to supply the aforesaid documents, the free of charge replacement shall be void.

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed.

It does not cover damage or lose caused by improper use, such as imprudent operation, exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized opening or repair, negligence, accident, or other actions beyond the reasonable control of our product.

For online purchase, freight is to be borne by the purchaser. And for warranty service, the purchaser is responsible for 50% of the freight.

Remarks:

This warranty shall go into effect from the date of your purchase. Kiano 4 reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions contained herein and the right for any changes without prior notice.
